The Avantidrome

Opened in April 2014, the Avantidrome is a world-class cycling facility and hosted over 21,000 community rides in its first year.

Public Art

From Riff Raff and the Beat Connection, to most recently The Tongue of the Dog, the Trust is contributing to Hamilton’s vibrant and varied public art.

The Jade Theatre

Part of the Hamilton Gardens playground re-development in 2016, the Jade Theatre is part of the magical children’s garden and the stage for community productions.

Perry Playground

The Perry Playground opened in 2016, adding to the growing hub of community facilities surrounding the Avantidrome.

Bike Skills Parks

The Perry Bike Park at Horotiu and the Gallagher Bike Skills Park at the Avantidrome provide safe environments for children to learn bike essential handling skills.

Perry Community Water Sports Centre

The HQ of Canoe Sports NZ at Karapiro was completed in 2018

Perry Pool

Perry Pool at St Peters, Cambridge opened in 2013 and enjoys 80% community use.
