RIDE: New Zealand’s
The inaugural RIDE Festival took place in early 2019. The event included NZ’s only UCI 2.2 event – New Zealand Cycle Classic.
Podium Lodge is an 86 bed accommodation facility and social enterprise; 100 per cent of the lodge’s proceeds are returned to the community.
Cycle Cambridge has a fleet of bikes and e-bikes ready for hire, suitable for individuals and groups who are keen to discover the treasures of our local area.
Te Awa River Ride
Te Awa walk and cycleway stretches along the Waikato River, from Ngaruawahia in the north to Karapiro in the south.
Since 2003 POET has assisted low decile secondary schools to facilitate the delivery of outdoor education experiences for their students.
The Adastra Foundation offers scholarships and mentoring support to talented athletes and muscians in the Waikato.
The Brian Perry Charitable Trust offers a number of scholarships that reflect our passion for supporting local youth.
Parafed Waikato promotes sport and recreation for people with physical disabilities and visual impairments.
Swimming Waikato works alongside its 23 swimming clubs to deliver quality programmes, events and development opportunities.
